Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify whether you require a refund, repair, or exchange.
Prepare Your Gear
Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and protective cases are included to qualify for a full restocking credit.
Secure Shipping
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it via a tracked carrier to our authorized service center.
Inspection and Processing
Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
